Raccoon Retreat is a quaint cabin with a view of the pool and the river. Perfect for couples or individuals traveling alone, it has a full bed, dishes, fold down table that can be used as a desk or a place to eat, coffee pot with complimentary coffee and a flat screen cable TV. Outside there is a picnic table, charcoal grill, and two Adirondack chairs on the porch to maximize your relaxation time. A hot plate, toaster, hair dryer, or clothes iron is available upon request. This room does not have space for an extra mattress or crib.

Grouse House is a great choice for couples traveling together or two friends who want their own room. Overlooking our pool, it has two bedrooms with a full bed in each. There is a small living room with a single futon, breakfast counter with stools, kitchen sink, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, and hot plate. Outside there is a picnic table and charcoal grill. We also have a hair dryer and clothes iron upon request.

Bear Cub Cave is a cabin over looking the pool. It has one small bedroom with a full bed and an open plan living room/dining room that sleeps two more on a single trundle daybed. The cabin has a dining table/work table, kitchen sink, toaster oven, and a hot plate. This cabin is popular with groups of friends or families or couples that want a comfortable space. Outside there are two Adirondack chairs on the private porch, a picnic table and a charcoal grill.

Overlooking the Barton River and our seasonal pool, this cabin sleeps 4. There is a full bed in one room, a twin trundle day bed in another room, and seating in the small living area. This cabin comes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate, dishes, and kitchen sink. Outside we have charcoal grills and picnic tables seasonally.

This cabin is a favorite for couples or families who are looking for a little extra indoor space. This cabin is also a good choice for guests who have difficulty getting in and out of low chairs (the daybed sits high) or are uncomfortable with bar stools (the kitchen seating is a table instead of a bar with stools. Moose Manor has 3 small rooms. One bedroom has a full bed. The 2nd bedroom has a twin trundle day bed. The third room has a TV, breakfast bar with two stools, a few chairs and a kitchenette that includes coffee pot, toaster oven, hot plate, microwave. This cabin has a view of the river and the pool. There is a picnic table outside with a charcoal grill for guests to use.

Hawk Haven is a quaint cabin overlooking the Barton River. It is ideal for couples or someone traveling alone. (There is no room for an extra cot or crib). This tiny cabin is equipped with dishes, microwave, mini fridge, flat screen cable TV, and coffee pot with complimentary Green Mountain Coffee. There is a folding table to set up your laptop or enjoy a meal. Sit outside on your private porch with the music of the river.

Trout Terrace (Cabin 9) sits above the north flowing Barton River. Enjoy coffee on your private porch with birds singing and water flowing. This room has a full bed, fold down table with chair, dishes, and a little refrigerator. Charcoal grill, hot plate, hair dryer, and clothes iron available upon request. This room sleeps 2 people max.

Robin's Roost is a great choice for guests looking for economy. Located in our vintage mid 20th century roadside motel, it has one full bed. The room has a coffee pot with complimentary coffee, and dishes. It also has a charcoal grill, hot plate, toaster, hairdryer and iron upon request.

The "Possum Pen" is a great choice for couples or singles traveling alone. Located in our vintage road-side motel, it has two twin beds, cable flatscreen TV, breakfast table/desk, and a private bathroom with a shower stall. A coffee pot with complimentary coffee, microwave and mini-fridge is supplied in the room. We have a charcoal grill, hot plate, and clothes iron upon request.
